Data deletion

Peregra currently stores teaching content locally on the iPad and does not operate a separate cloud account database.

Delete local Peregra content

  1. Open Peregra.
  2. Delete individual objects from a canvas, or return to the library to delete a canvas, topic or class.
  3. To remove all remaining local Peregra content, delete the Peregra app from the iPad.

Deleting the app cannot remove PDFs or Classroom posts already created in Google.

Disconnect Google

  1. Open the Classes screen.
  2. Open Google integration.
  3. Choose Disconnect Google account.

This removes saved Google tokens from the iPad. You can also revoke Peregra from the third-party access section of your Google Account.

Delete Google exports or posts

Open Google Drive to delete exported PDFs and folders. Open Google Classroom to delete material posts. Google Workspace retention or administrator rules may affect when managed-account data is finally removed.

Request assistance

Because Peregra does not operate a cloud account database, Elseward cannot remotely delete content stored on your iPad or in your Google account. For help completing the steps above, email privacy@peregra.co.uk with a description of the problem. Do not email passwords, OAuth codes, document contents or pupil information.
